GENERAL BILL by Trabulsy ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Daniels
Provides requirements for the advertisement, distribution, & retail sale of hemp & hemp extract products; prohibits unpermitted business sales, street sales, or festival sales of hemp extract; prohibits businesses & food establishments from possessing hemp extract products that are attractive to children; prohibits business permitted to sell hemp or hemp extract from being located in certain areas; prohibits retail sale of THC-infused beverages at certain locations.
