As a candidate for the Florida House District 54, I believe it’s critical to have common-sense cannabis policies that reflect the needs of our communities. I support the legalization of cannabis for both medical and adult use, as it offers significant economic, social, and health benefits. We need to end the criminalization of cannabis, which disproportionately impacts communities of color, and instead, focus on building a regulated industry that provides jobs, tax revenue, and economic opportunities for Floridians.
It’s also important that we expand access to medical cannabis for those who need it, ensuring that patients can safely and affordably obtain the treatment they deserve. I am committed to fighting for reforms that promote fairness, equity, and public safety in our cannabis laws.
Together, we can build a future where Floridians have the freedom to make their own decisions about cannabis use and where the legal framework protects consumers, supports business growth, and ends unjust incarceration.
