We think Senator Simon should be a 5 - but... during a committee hearing in 2024 Senator Simon shared his own personal Cannabis overdose story. He bought something over the counter felt really uncomfortable and went to the hospital. Since that experience, he has been making votes closer to prohibition than regulation. JJ
